BEXUS 16 launched from Esrange Space Center RSS

BEXUS 16 was launched from Esrange Space Center on October 8, 2013 at 08.30 UTC

The balloon will reach an approximately altitude of 27 km and the payload will be taken down in Finland after about four hours of flight.
BEXUS 16 has three student experiments onboard:

DAEMON: Continuous monitoring of the DNA damage due to solar radiation - Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary

Fluid LAb in the StratopHere - - Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, Germany; - Julian-Maximilians-University of Wuerzburg, Germany; - Max Delbrueck Centrum, Berlin, Germany
