SSC’s sustainability efforts involve financial, environmental and social responsibility and are based on the ten principles in the UN Global Compact program, internal policies and SSC’s Code of Conduct. SSC´s Code of Conduct applies to all employees in the SSC Group and covers:

SSC also follows OECD’s guidelines for multinational enterprises.
Ethics and integrity
SSC has during recent years changed from being a local actor to a global corporation within the space community. SSC is represented on a number of continents and our customers are found all over the world. This makes a great deal of demands on SSC now operating within new geo-political fields that can involve both political and business related risks. It is therefore of great importance to SSC to have distinct guidelines and follow-up concerning business ethics and integrity and that all our employees accept and comply with these guidelines.
Our environmental responsibility
SSC provides products and services that in many cases decrease the strain of the environment and contribute to the knowledge on environmental and climate issues within the society. At the same time SSC’s activities naturally involve, to a certain extent, environmental impact, environmental risks, raw material and energy consumption. SSC shall contribute to a sustainable development by being cognizant of environmental aspects in all operations and limit the negative impact on the environment.
SSC shall comply with environmental legislations, regulations and international agreements. The SSC employees shall strive for reducing the environmental impact in their daily work. The basis of success, as well as environmental and social responsibility, starts from within. SSC's policies are clear about healthy and safe work environments, equality and terms of employment.
SSC is a reliable and responsible company, committed to delivering high quality and maintaining a high level of ethics. Marketing and sales must be conducted in a professional and earnest manner, based on quality, performance, price and service level.
SSC complies with all competition legislation and export control directives of the countries in which we operate. In certain business areas, we depend on information and products that are subject to other countries' export control directives. Commitments to suppliers and their local authorities are always carefully complied with.
